1. This picture is a typical untreated road consisting a mixture of 45% sand and gravel the rest in clay and 5% silt.

5. After the application of LBS is finished the soil is compacted.

7. After spraying the second application of 2001. The final finished road prior to finish grading final compaction.

2. The first step is to scarify the soil and windrow it to the right and left.

4. The water spray truck applies the LBS stabilizer to the aerated soil.

6. After spraying on the 2001 the grader mixes in the 2001 in to the soil at a depth of 6 cms. Note the color of the soil.

8. Finished road after 14" of rain in three days, and supporting the 100 to 200 ton drilling machinery loads.
