per year and growing at a pace of 20% per year.
Our Corporate Headquarters is located in Port
St. Lucie, Florida, with branch offices in Trujillo,
Peru and Manila, Philippines. We employ a network
of highly skilled distributors worldwide. All
ingredients used in the manufacturing of our products
are of the highest quality and conform to ISO
9,000 and 14,000 standards.

that Enviroseal was founded.
Enviroseal Corporation
was founded in 1994 in Palm Beach, Florida
with the intention of developing a cost-effective
and environmentally friendly alternative to soil
conditioning and conservation. In 1998 we started
to reformulate our proprietary Military polymers
into a more commercial line of products. As of
2007, we have formulated and are successfully
marketing (8) eight major product sealers and
dust control lines that are new and innovative.
We have patent pending status on two of these
items.
The President, Thomas Stevens
and Vice President, Andy Stevens, along with their
staff of civil, chemical, and research consulting
engineers supply a worldwide distribution network.
This professional group brings in excess of 100
years experience to the construction industry
and the development of chemically modified soils.
Our Soils Engineering staff is proficient in both
English and Spanish. Certified 3rd party independent
laboratories that are ASTM and ASHTO accredited
are used to perform testing specifically for our
customers and the environment we are trying to
protect through innovative engineering applications.
Enviroseal is currently
working in conjunction with the United States
Army Corps of Engineers, United Nations Projects,
United States Environmental Protection Agency,
the United States Forestry Service and the States
of Florida, New York and Washington State Park
Departments and various international government
agencies. Our achievements in heavy runway designs
for rapid deployment use by the U.S. Military
have proven very successful. Earthen runways made
of available soil in Desert Climates using substandard
classifications are strengthened sufficiently
to carry the operating weight of C-130 and now
in development for C-117 class cargo planes. These
designs are proven and being utilized as far as
the C-130 design and soon the C-117.
The Vision of Enviroseal
is to manufacture innovative superior chemical
products for the geotechnical industry while maintaining
a cost effective alternative to conventional engineering
practices. After one year of testing in 2007,
we released production our new dust control palliative;
LDC+12 that contains additives to prolong destruction
of Ultra Violet radiation. After this research,
we have developed a new surfactant that permeates
through the most difficult soils consisting of
clays and sandy silts. This development has reduced
the quantity of water required to dilute our concentrated
polymers by as much as 75%. A video is available
on our web site showing this unique quality as
well as other projects around the world. The ability
of this product to withstand the ravages of weather
common to arid and humid regions alike make it
an outstanding choice for longevity and weatherproofing
the treated soils.

or 75,000 liters of product on a weekly basis.
