Enviroseal Corporation is a premier specialty chemical materials company with an excellent reputation among
our customers, our suppliers and our communities. We are a responsible company that operates at the
highest levels of integrity and ethics.

We are manufactures of environmentally friendly polymers that enhance soil and construction engineering characteristics. We pride ourselves in supplying low V.O.C. (volatile organic compound) products that perform to the highest standards while exceeding requirements by both the U.S. EPA and the E.U. environmental guidelines.

Enviroseal Corporation measures it’s progress by how well we perform in the eyes of five key stakeholder groups, each of whom have a strong voice in determining our success - the customer, the employee, the owner, the community, and the process.

Over the last several years we have developed a wide range of products that are superior in application to Concrete, asphalt roofs, and wood. Our sealers have been formulated to eliminate the growth of mold, mildew and algae that is prominent in humid areas of the world. The sealer division has grown seven fold in the last few years. We pride ourselves to have been able to attain low VOC compliant products exceeding all EPA standards for today and in the future. All our sealers have been field tested and are now used by many worldwide construction and home users.

Our Corporate Headquarters is located in Port St. Lucie, Florida, with a branch office in Manila, Philippines. We employ a network of highly skilled distributors worldwide. All ingredients used in the manufacturing of our products are of the highest quality and conform to ISO 9000, 14,000 EPA and LEEDS / Green Construction Guideline standards. We currently are having our product line tested for European Union approval necessary for export into the EU as of January 2009.

Enviroseal Corporation is committed to being a good neighbor and a responsible corporate citizen by using only environmentally safe products. It was founded in 1994 in Palm Beach, Florida with the intention of developing a cost-effective and environmentally friendly alternative to soil conditioning, sealing and conservation.

The President, Thomas Stevens and Vice President, Andy Stevens, along with their staff of civil, chemical, and research consulting engineers supply a worldwide distribution network. This professional group brings in excess of 100 years experience to the construction industry and the development of chemically modified soils. Our Soils Engineering staff is proficient in English, Russian and Spanish. Certified 3rd party independent laboratories that are ASTM accredited are used to perform testing specifically for our customers and the environment we are trying to protect through innovative engineering applications.

Enviroseal is currently working in conjunction with the United States Army Corps of Engineers, United Nations, United States Environmental Protection Agency, the United States Forestry Service and the Florida, New York and Washington State Park Departments and various international government agencies. The Vision of Enviroseal is to manufacture superior products for the geotechnical and coatings industries while maintaining a cost effective alternative to conventional engineering practices.
