Duraseal ZERO™ is a premium quality non-yellowing sealer that is a state-of-the-art proprietary formulation. It absorbs and coats surfaces with a chemically bonded acrylic film that deepens colours and enhances the look of pigmented or decorative concrete and resists discolouration from ultraviolet light exposure and keeps its gloss finish longer than standard concrete sealers. Duraseal ZERO™ will retard efflorescence while resisting oil, grease, chemical, and food stains, eliminate concrete dusting while protecting against salt and water penetration. All of these benefits are now available in a one component, VOC-free product.

Duraseal ZERO™ provides excellent water repellent properties and is suitable for both dry and slightly damp surfaces. It ensures a long lasting barrier and is impermeable to water vapour. Duraseal ZERO™ shows superior resistance to water, acid rain, efflorescence, alkalies, acids, ultraviolet light and staining. It also minimises iron staining by preventing reinforcing steel from corroding and deteriorating due to water intrusion. Enviroseal introduces a truly Zero VOC.

One component clear concrete and masonry sealer.

Until recently, contractors and architects that specified or used a zero VOC clear concrete sealer had to rely on a two component system that is flawed by the end result not being a truly zero VOC product. In recent years, low and zero VOC products have become mandatory on numerous construction projects and clear concrete sealers are no exception. A clear concrete sealer is used to prevent damage to various masonry surfaces by protecting them from rain, sun, salt, oil, rust, and other types of destruction.

After Hurricane Wilma flew by South East Coast of Florida last weekend with winds as high as over 130 mph, there were no reported roof failures. Envioroseal personnel have been contacting all our customers for verification. Over 400,000 ft2 of roof has been treated since June 2005 in Florida alone. More to follow with lots of photos.

CONTROL PRODUCT WITH AN ENVIRONMENTALLY ADDED BIOCIDE
TO CONTROL HAZZARDOUS WASTE AND LOW GRADE NUCLEAR
WASTE STOCKPILES

Our environmental research has announced a successful dust control agent that will control the release of mold, mildew, algae, and airborne bacteria. Specifically designed to be used in disaster zones not unlike 9-11 or any hurricane clean up zone.

Our product BioGuard™ is formulated into a wide range of current sealer products. We are using this technology to enhance our dust control product LDC. Currently LDC has been formulated successfully in the 2001 version where we have added activated charcoal to the formulation to contain low grade nuclear waste. We have recently completed permeability and permissibility studies that assure that the product when applied to the specification will result in elimination of the leaching of undesirable waste either by water or wind erosion. Our biocide will not necessarily kill existing mold spores but will encapsulate them thereby cutting off their air and food supply preventing any future growth. The 2001 formulation has been successfully used in Brown Field applications across the country. Certified testing of encapsulating mold spores, algae and bacteria within building interiors will be performed within the next thirty days to accurately determine effectiveness of a treatment program like this.

M-10 + 50™ MILITARY HI-STRENGTH, ENVIRONMENTALLY SAFE SOIL STABILIZER. After three years of extensive research and development Enviroseal Chemists have developed a new and completely different soil stabilizer. This M-10+50™ stabilizer / dust control agent is totally environmentally safe, non toxic, non-hazardous, and non-flammable, originally made for the U.S. Department of Defense. In April of this year the final testing was completed and a commercial version has been approved for production.

The major advantages over any other stabilizer made today are as follows:

• M-10™ while in its liquid state will withstand at least five (5) freeze thaw tests and still retain all of its chemical properties. As per ASTM D2243-95 Standard Test Method for Freeze-Thaw Resistance of Water-Borne Coatings. Developed by Subcommittee: D01.42.
• M10 + 50™ when cured has a temperature tolerance range from –70f to +325f.
• M-10+50™ can attain unconfined compressive strengths approaching low grade concrete of 1750 psi (123.07 kg/p/cm2) in common silty sandy soil as well as low % (<15%) clay based soil and over 2500 psi when mixed with cement as a combination soil cement application. The M10™ as an additive, increases by a factor of about 50% the dynamic sheer factor thus making it ideal for runways and highway construction in base course applications.
• M-10™ Works very well in high or low Ph soils.
• M-10™ is the only know stabilizer other than cement to actually increase the strength of soils.
• M-10+50™ cures to maximum hardness within 1 to 5 days depending on ambient temperature / humidity index.
• M-10+50™ stabilized base material can be driven on within 2 hours of installation and withstand full wheel loads of aircraft, helicopters or heavy equipment depending on depth. We recommend at least 12 inches (30 cm) for these heavy requirements.
• Totally repels water after curing process. Resists water during curing without affecting cure.
• Enviroseal M-10+50™ can be used on all soils; some need modification such as addition of aggregate and or fines to optimize the strengthening abilities.
• M-10+50™ has demonstrated shelf life of over 2 years with only agitation prior to use.
• Enviroseal M-10+50™ is easy to install with common road building machinery.
• Enviroseal Corporation guarantees this product to be the most effective soil stabilizer you have ever used other than cement in certain circumstances, or the product will be replaced or your cost refunded for those failed portions.
• In the first 180 days of mass production over 100,000 gallons have been sold and successfully installed.
• Enviroseal has currently increased production capacity to supply over 15,000 gallons per week.
• Enviroseal M-10+50™ can be formulated to contain an exclusive UV protectorant. This will increase its unpaved life by one to two years and only have a slight price increase. This formulation should be used in High UV Areas.
• M10+50™ can be blended with either fresh or salt water. The use of salt water for dilution will reduce the strength by approximately 10%.
• The best method of installation is achieved by the use of a Cat, Bomag or equal recycling machine with water injection. Please contact factory for complete details. Other installation methods are completed with a grader with scarifier teeth and a pressurized water truck. Both methods require a 15 to 25 ton vibratory compactor to complete the installation.
• M10™ has been proven to be highly effective as a spray on replacement for pond liners. Cost savings of over 50% can be realized.
• Because M10™ is classified as NON-HAZMAT cargo, it can fly as cargo without any air restrictions or extra costs.
• M10™ can be delivered in the following containers: 1). Poly 55 gallon drums, 2). 275 gallon totes equipped with either a 2” Viton BV QD or a Viton BV NPT valve and a 6” fill port (full brochure available on request), 3). 5,000 gallon Tanker or 4). A flexi tank packed inside a 20’ container with cargo capacities up to 7,000 gallons.
